Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the products to you. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Nook™ ships to the locations specified on the Site. Shipping costs and estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed delivery dates.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier;
• Nook™ is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control;
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Nook™ is not liable for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses;
• International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
